Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Since every item is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production. Once your item ships, delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
No.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Products & Sizing
What sizes do you carry?
Our t-shirts are available in sizes S through 4XL. Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in inches to help you find the perfect fit. We recommend checking the size guide before ordering.
What are your shirts made of?
Our premium tees are made from 100% ring-spun cotton with a fabric weight of 6.1 oz/yd². They are garment-dyed for a premium vintage feel and feature a relaxed unisex fit. Built to last and comfortable enough for everyday wear.
Are your products made in the USA?
Our products are printed in the USA through our print-on-demand partner. The blank garments are sourced from Honduras, and our hats are sourced from Vietnam or Bangladesh. Every item is made to order — no mass production, no warehouse sitting.

What does "made to order" mean?
Every item in our store is printed specifically for you when you place your order. This means there's no excess inventory and no waste — your item is crafted fresh just for you. It also means production takes a few extra days before shipping, but the quality is worth it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we have a very short window to make changes or cancellations. Please contact us at instructor@boomsticktactical.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change, and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Issues
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We stand behind our products. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us at instructor@boomsticktactical.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no hassle.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering. However, if there is a defect or error on our end, we will absolutely replace it.
