Size & Concealability: The 43X Wins Here
The Glock 43X was engineered from the ground up for concealed carry. Its slim 1.10-inch width and shorter grip make it significantly easier to conceal under a t-shirt, in an appendix holster, or during warmer months when printing is a real concern.
The Glock 19, while still considered a compact pistol, is noticeably wider and taller. It's a fantastic duty-size carry gun, but if you're running a tight IWB setup or dressing around your gun daily, the 43X gives you a meaningful edge in discretion.

Ammo Capacity: The Game-Changer for the 43X

Glock has released an official 15-round magazine for the Glock 43X, bringing it to full parity with the G19 in terms of capacity — while still maintaining the slim profile that makes the 43X so carry-friendly.
